I accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal as payment for services. I provide a 3% discount for cash payments.

I do not invoice for notarial services. Payment is due at the time that service is rendered.

I offer a significant discount to United States Military Veterans and first responders. Please advise me when you make initial contact if you fall under this classification.

Outside of the travel fee, the fees a notary can charge are regulated by Texas law (Texas Government Code § 406.024). If you are charged more than these, you have the right to file a complaint with the Secretary of State.

Unlike many other mobile notaries, I publish my rates so that you know up front what you can expect to pay for my services. Some Notaries that I have had the displeasure to associate with would change their rates based upon their attitude for that day. Mine are set in writing!

No fee will be charged unless you and I have discussed the fees and have an agreement.

Travel Service

Fee

Travel, plus mileage $35.00
Mileage, each mile (round trip if out of Montgomery County) 0.75
After hours (6pm - 9pm, 6am - 9am, and weekends) 35.00
Late night or emergency (9pm - 6am) 50.00

My travel fee is $35.00 plus $0.75 per mile from my home/office to your location, round trip, unless I have a scheduled notarization within 5 miles of your location. I will plot the most efficient route using Google Maps as I have found it to be the most accurate. I will also document the actual mileage. Should I travel more than what I quote you, you will only pay that amount that you are quoted, unless you call and change the location, at which time I will re-quote you a new rate if necessary.

The travel fee will be due regardless if I do not perform the notarization due to an error on your part. These errors could be that you do not have proper identification, your documents are not ready, etc., unless you call and cancel your appointment more than 3 hours prior to your appointment.
