Fees

I do not invoice for notarial services. Payment is due upon my arrival and before I notarize your document(s).

I offer a significant discount to United States Military Veterans and First Responders. Please advise me when you make initial contact if you fall under this classification.

Outside of the travel fee, the fees a notary can charge are regulated by Texas law (Texas Government Code §406.024). If you are charged more than these, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Secretary of State.

Unlike many other mobile notaries, I publish my rates so that you know up front what you can expect to pay for my services. Some Notaries that we have had the displeasure to associate with would change their rates based upon their attitude for that day. Mine are on full display!

No fee will be charged unless we have discussed the fees and have an agreement.
