A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed and commissioned by the Secretary of State to serve the public. A Notary's primary responsibility is to act as an impartial witness in the execution of documents, and to certify the facts of such transactions in a notarial certificate. By properly executing my duties as a Notary, I help to deter fraud and promote the integrity and reliability of document transactions.

The services of a Notary Public are frequently required on important documents, such as contracts, deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney, and child guardianship. Documents that are commonplace in almost everyone's personal or professional lives.

I am available to perform notarizations anywhere in the greater Montgomery County area. If you can't get to me, then I will come to you.

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN TEXAS AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
