We do not invoice for notarial services. Payment is due at the time that service is rendered. Unless arrangements have been made, travel fees are due not later than 2 hours prior to the appointment.
We offer a significant discount to United States Military Veterans and First Responders. Please advise us when you make initial contact if you fall under this classification.
Outside of the travel fee, the fees a notary can charge are regulated by Texas law (Texas Government Code §406.024). If you are charged more than these, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Secretary of State.
Unlike many other mobile notaries, we publish our rates so that you know up front what you can expect to pay for our services. Some Notaries that we have had the displeasure to associate with would change their rates based upon their attitude for that day. Ours are on full display!
No fee will be charged unless we have discussed the fees and have an agreement.

Our travel fee is $40.00 plus $0.75 per mile from our home/office to your location, round trip, unless we have a scheduled notarization within 10 miles of your location. I will plot the most efficient route using Google Maps as I have found it to be the most accurate. We will also document the actual mileage. Should we travel more than what I quote you, you will only pay that amount that you are quoted, unless you call and change the location, at which time I will re-quote you a new rate if necessary.
The travel fee will be due regardless if I do not perform the notarization due to an error on your part. These errors could be that you do not have proper identification, your documents are not ready, etc., unless you call and cancel your appointment more than 3 hours prior to your appointment.
We process credit card payments through our Square account. After we have talked and have a plan to handle your notarization, we will send you an estimate/invoice that will also contain a link for payment. Payment is due upon our arrival at your location.
